HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE SHIPPING CHARGES?

For Domestic/US orders - $7.99

For International orders - $15.99


*If shipping to an address outside the United States, you will be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or Other Authority upon any parcel we send to you. Taxes/duties are calculated based on the original retail price of the items in your order and does not include any discounts or promotions.


***Attention European Union Customers***  

Due to a recent update in customs regulations, shipments to the European Union will be subject to an additional duty charged upon delivery. 


We apologize for any inconvenience.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Yes. Sales tax will be charged for both US and *Canadian orders. The amount of your sales tax will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. 


*CANADIAN CUSTOMERS – You will be charged Canadian tax based on your jurisdiction at your time of purchase. Please be aware that you are still responsible to PAY DUTIES to the carrier at time of delivery.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

All orders are final. We cannot cancel or make changes to orders once they have started production.

Please be advised that you may only use ONE promotional code per order. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotion.  Additional restrictions may apply. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

All orders are final, and we cannot cancel, adjust, credit, or exchange your order. These items are ordered and shipped directly from the manufacturer. Should you receive a damaged item, please email the following information to Customer Service through our Contact Us page within 30 days of receiving your order:


   •    A short description of the damage 

   •    Photos of the damage 

   •    Your order number 

PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS:

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.


You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water based and eco-friendly.


If you receive a product with a stain - please wash it before reporting a problem.
